Adorable hideaway in the center of everything!

This place was a lot of fun! It is within easy walking distance of everything in Old San Juan. It was incredibly convenient to pick up a drink downstairs for a nightcap on the rooftop. I would definitely stay here again.

Middle of Old San Juan

The location is great for walking around exploring old San Juan. However just be aware the rental is right above restaurant/bar which play’s really loud music every day until 10 or 11pm.

A Sweet SWEET Spot!!!

Unique apartment with three levels and outdoor living above a popular Pizza place with accommodating and very kind staff. The check in was as smooth as silk and manager Peter responded immediately to our couple of inquiries. A wonderful stay in a wonderful neighborhood. When back in El Viejo San Juan (which I hope is soon) we will be wanting to stay at this spot!!!

Lovely Apartment in Old San Juan

This property is perfectly located in Old San Juan and nicely appointed with all that you would need! The roof top was a lovely addition. Easy to walk to all the attractions, bars and restaurants. Bed was really comfortable. The pizza place below did play music till around 11pm, but we were prepared with ear plugs, so not an issue. The pizza, by the way, was awesome and the staff really nice!

Unique property, perfect location!

Such a cool property! The king bed is super comfortable, the place has everything you need, including a great air conditioner to cool off from walking around Old San Juan. You couldn’t get a more perfect location! It is close to everything! Be aware that there are lots of stairs to get around the apartment, but they are easy to get up and down. The rooftop is a great place to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. Peter is fast to respond and very helpful and kind. Would book again!

Beautiful apartment with roof top view! Walking distance to many great locations. Property manager Joyce was so awesome to work with. Very informative & helpful. We had to change our plans to Culebra due to no ferry access & Joyce helped with new plans!! Thank you Joyce!

Old City Hideaway

Perfectly centrally located for walking to the castle, old San Juan city shops, restaurants, sites etc. Safe area. Brought semi-adult daughters. Only problem was trundle bed was 4 feet long! Upstairs bedroom is very nice. Guests need good coordination for 2 spiral staircases. Cool rooftop views.

Great Location! Beautiful and Quaint Place.

Took Less than 15 mins to walk to the other end of Old San Juan. Plenty of bars to explore close by and many more with in a 10 min stroll. Definitely recommend if you are going on cruise. Property was nice. The roof view was minimal but we could see our Cruise ship arrive on pier 4 from the roof. Bed was amazingly Comfortable! Will totally use this again when we come back to San Juan.

Perfect in every way.

The location was right in the heart of the action. The apartment was recently renovated and the materials and decorations top notch. Cleanliness and communication was flawless. The view from the rooftop sitting are was stunning.

Fantastic location and responsive host

This place is a fantastic deal for what you get! Location in Old San Juan was perfect. The host was very responsive and let us have an early check in. The rooftop was awesome to have in the mornings and evenings after a day at the beach! We’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing spot centrally located!

This property was perfect for our week in Old San Juan. It was clean and very well equipped (especially the kitchen!), and the host was communicative and quick to respond. One surprise was the restaurant below the apartment played quite loud music starting at 10am and continuing the entire day until around 11pm, so it certainly got us out of the house early. Otherwise we had a wonderful and easy time — we would stay again!

Amazing Cozy Apartment

This apartment had an amazing rooftop view. Rooftop was nicely decorated making it all the more better. This property was in a perfect location. Walking distance to almost everything in old San Juan. Very clean and private too. Any questions, I had the property manager answered promptly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Old San Juan.

Amazing Management

When we stayed at this property originally it started our great. But our second night in there was some plumbing issues causing the toilet and shower to leak. We discovered the issue late at night and management emailed me back the following morning with immediate action steps. They sent someone out to the property to look at it and the plumbing ended up needing a lot of fixing. Immediately the manager placed us into a nicer property free of charge a couple blocks away for the remainder of our stay. While there was a hiccup the management handled it perfectly and timely. Would definitely stay at this property again and with this management company again. 10/10 recommend!! The apartment is also right above a bar and restaurant and they serve the best mojitos, Ricardo (the bar tender) was so much fun! We recommend the hummus pizza. Great apartment, great location and great service.
