Located in the pristine grounds of the Caribe Island Condos, your room will be just steps from the sandy beach and dock. Let yourself slip into vacation mode as you stroll along the sun-drenched beaches to find the perfect spot to soak in the sun. Get out on the water with the shared dock, or let our concierge organize for you a deep-sea fishing boat to try and land the big one!

Walk outside into the morning breeze and enjoy a light breakfast on your beachfront veranda as you plan your day. Connect to the free WiFi to post some beach pictures to your social media and then head down to the pool to catch some rays. After a long day in the sun, the partial A/C will keep you cool while you check out what's on cable. Wonderful, quiet seaside resort. Staff was friendly and accommodating . Villa was clean, comfortable and located in easy distance of the major attractions of the island. Highly recommend!!!!

Beautiful property - well taken care of and friendly staff!

Even though this is on the south side of the island, it's a beautiful resort with well kept rooms and a nice outdoor space. Everything is well groomed and clean - it's just a little off the beaten path and there's not much really close by so if you're looking for that convenience - there is a little store at the corner and one restaurant that's good down the block but otherwsie you have to drive into town. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around. And Ana, their concierge, is a great resource!

We rented this through VRBO for 10 nights. We were informed by a resident upon arrival that they would be ripping down the seawall. Next morning we woke up to jackhammering. We expressed our frustration to Vacasa. They said they would move us to a different property (not oceanfront which is specifically why we booked this place) or we could stay for free on jackhammer days. It continued all day from Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. For the next seven days, there was construction noises (circular saws, pumps, hammers, etc) all day everyday including the weekend. After going back and forth with multiple Vacasa people for a week, we FINALLY got what we were told (well they say it's processing, we'll see). Prior we were told that it's not their fault they didn't know. As a property management company, I strongly disagree. It's not my job to know what's going on at the property and if we'd know what we would experience, we never would have booked the place. We thought it was going to be jack hammering that would be it. We didn't realize it was going to continue for the next week. Then we didn't realize we'd have to fight so hard to get back what we were told at the beginning. We paid a lot of money to stay there. We are really disappointed and frustrated with our stay. Not only was the construction an issue but so was trying to find the key upon arrival, all the drinking water being gone and having to immediately go get a new bottle, and the ants that are all over the kitchen.

Great Stay at Caribe Island Condos

Overall, a great vacation, Caribe Island Condos is a very well maintained clean tidy and quiet location away from the busy downtown San Pedro area. It is a bit far from the downtown area but not far if you have a golf cart. Our unit was well maintained and good location. The unit could use some kitchen appliance updates (frying pans, casserole dishes) but that is about all.

The location right on the beach and the view of the water was amazing! The unit was clean and cute and the bed was very comfortable! We loved sitting on the patio with a cocktail and enjoying the view! The pool was refreshing and relaxing to lounge by! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely location!

Quiet, Beautiful spot right on the beach!

We had a great week-long vacation here. Lovely beach access, pool, palapa, and dock for fishing or watching the boats go by. A little grocery store a short walk away had all the essentials, and there are a couple of cute restaurants within walking distance as well. It's about 2.5 miles South of San Pedro. Far enough away to be peaceful, but close enough to pop into town for shopping, food, drinks. Ana, Sylvia, and the management team helped with all of our questions, and were very accommodating. Highly recommended!
