Enjoyed the stay, the hotel is nice and clean, decent size. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is less than 10 mins walk to the Jilantai Station (MRT) with Shilin night market nearby. Highly recommend

Old property, spacious and clean Easy to get anywhere with MRT. I think they need to train their personnel on customer service. I stayed at Ambience Hotel for the last two weeks of my trip and see a big gap on the customer service, friendly helpful and make me feel at home.

乾淨舒適服務親切

服務親切有禮，飯店雖然有些年份，但是保養的相當整齊與乾淨，鬧中取靜的地理環境，隔音很不錯晚上都沒被吵醒，床的軟硬度也適中很好睡，小缺點是沒有提供早餐和枕頭支撐性稍差，下次有住宿需求還是會選擇這邊。

非常不錯的酒店👍😃

酒店房間頗大，足夠放一張大的雙人床，也附有貴妃椅，非常舒適。每天供應無碳酸飲品和可樂各一，並有小食和即冲咖啡，浴室洗手間很大，浴缸、自動清潔使用者的抽水馬桶，附設企缸。雖然獲配樓層非常低，但酒店周圍環境寧靜。樓下就有便利店、藥房、公園、道地食肆。距離捷運劍潭站不遠，交通方便。距離士林夜市也不算太遠，大約步行十分鐘左右。

Since it was within walking distance to Shilin Night Market, we were able to enjoy it every night. The room had a panda-themed bathtub, which made our child very happy. It's also an area where you can enjoy plenty of local food, so we’d love to stay here again.

利便性よし

MRT剣潭駅3番出口から徒歩数分でアクセス良いです。台北駅、中山駅に比べても利便性に劣ることはないと思います。 どちらかというとリピーター向けかなと思いました。 ラグジュアリールーム内に池スペースがありました。また、冷蔵庫内にドリンクサービスもあり、部屋に帰ってきた時に落ち着きます。
