「Leider haben wir die heißeste Zeit erwischt, das machte den Urlaub nicht wirklich entspannt, aber das Haus ist ein Traum und das Meer war glasklar. Das Wasser aus der Quelle in Fuscaldo hätte ich gerne zuhause 😉 Der Vermieter ultra nett und jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet. Besser geht es kaum.」

「Struttura vicina al mare, eccelle per la tranquillità, la pulizia, il rapporto qualità prezzo e la disponibilità dei gestori. Appartamento molto carino con cucina attrezzata di tutto e bellissima vista sul mare ed incantevole tramonto. 「Siamo stati benissimo una settimana alla villa Letizia, in famiglia, un gruppo di 12 con bimbi. Bel posto con un bellissimo giardino e panorama, vista sul mare stupenda. La casa è grande e comoda. La piscina è bella grande. La communicazione con Anna è stata molto facile, ha sempre risposto rapidamente. La casa è un po difficile da trovare (forse un cartello all'inizio del camino potrebbe aiutare) e la strada un po stretta ma niente di insormontabile e il panorama ne vale la pena :)...

「L'appartamento era normale, senza pretese, cosa che non avevamo. L'abbiamo trovato scomodo ai servizi se non si ha una macchina a disposizione. Troppa confusione di notte a tutte le ore tanto che non si riusciva a dormire. Niente TV. Moka senza manico. Scomodo per arrivare in spiaggia. Mare pulito solo al mattino. 「Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt als vierköpfige Familie (Kinder 3 und 5 Jahre alt). Die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Mietauto vom Flughafen ist perfekt und es gibt auch immer einen Parkplatz direkt am Gebäude. Trotz direkter Lage an der Hauptstraße ist es sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes liegt. Der Weg zum Strand, zum nächsten Eiscafé mit Getränke-Optionen am Abend und Restaurants ist sehr kurz. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen...

「We were the first guests to stay at this beautiful home. It is out in the country, and has wonderful views of the countryside and old Rende. Our host, Rossana, met us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know. She speaks fluent Italian (which we do not) and English (which we do). 「This is such a beautiful place with a laid-back atmosphere and host. Cesare was great from start to finish. We arrived later in the evening the first night but he was kind and patient as we drove into southern Italy. The courtyard is beautifully decorated with gorgeous flowers and outdoor furniture and it's illuminated at night. Our room was clean and colorful and the kitchen was super useful. The beach is walkable and within 300 meters. We'll definitely stay here again! Thank you!!」

From the solid oak trim and doors with heavy iron locks, to beautiful tile work throughout and a huge courtyard that invites your morning caffè or evening glass of wine. 「Calabria is a province of hilltop villages and just outside San Vincenzo La Costa is this peaceful mountain refuge. The driveway is daunting at first but passable in any car and easy once you have done it. Host Claudia stocked the place with jam, bread and coffee and did everything to make me feel at home. There is great hiking from the house and even better a short drive away, and it easy to access all the wonders of Calabria in an hours drive in any direction. I cannot wait to come back.」
