“Front desk staff is friendly but a bit inflexible in providing early check-in. We have a case with the transport company but the front desk staff just helped to explain in English to us, without really helping in resolving.
The best thing of the hotel is the hygiene of the room is very good. The bed and pillow are comfortable too.
The swimming pool is really small and fully packed with guests.
If I pay this price, I can definitely enjoy a better hotel, either in terms of location or……

“I had good stay in this hotel, the location is really good , 5mins walk from Glòries station, supermarket, restaurants nearby, the hotel is new and beautiful with amazing view of rooftop, the room is really nice and comfortable. One thing I’m not satisfied is the room’s insulation. Overall I still recommend this hotel to others. Thanks”

“This hotel didn't look like what I had seen on the picture!
The room is small, the bed is not comfortable at all, the sheet had a bad smell, and the water for showering became very cold frequently.
The dinner we had on the first floor in the hotel was really terrible! The beef has bad smell and is hard to bite.
However, the room is clean, which is the only thing that comfort me after a exhausting day.”

“浴巾角落有明顯的大片血漬。
櫃子內的層板和洗手檯台面也有灰塵，感覺像很久沒有人入住。
訂房時預定吸菸房，住宿給了禁菸房。
無提供熱水瓶，需付費租借且要等30分鐘以上。
另租借餐具遲遲未送，至櫃檯或餐廳拿取較快。
房門上已掛請勿打擾吊牌，但未到退房時間房務卻敲門催促退房。建議若需聯繫房客可先播館內電話，以避免遇到依珊不整的尷尬情況。
