Outstanding location, close to the beach and easy access. Well appointed accommodations. No air conditioning can be unpleasant especially for the back unit that does not get ocean breeze.

Great Location, Beautiful Rental, and Hassle-Free Booking!

Overall, very satisfied with the rental through Santa Barbara rentals. I had three other rentals fall through, so it was nice dealing with a company that didn't try to change things after we tried booking. The rental is a block away from the beach, but there is a field between it and the water so you still have ocean views (more in the front rental). Everything looked as pictured on the website. The living spaces were lovely. Linens were nice. Location was great! Easy to walk to the beach and only about a mile to the Funk zone and the wharf. There are also a lot of electric bikes for rent along the way, so if you don't want to walk you can easily jump on a bike. We did not use the kitchen most, so cannot comment on how cooking would be, but we had the supplies we needed. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I go to Santa Barbara.
