“The house was great! It was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful ocean view. We were treated with a show of humpback whales migrating and a beautiful sunset! ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The view was great and Sally provided a lot of the amenities that we needed for the beach! We were even able to have a bonfire with the fit pit provided! ”

“Great property with beautiful sunsets. We were even blessed with a whale sighting one morning! The property is a bit farther than we expected from restaurants and attractions but if the beach is your main focus, you can’t go wrong. We would happily return. ”

“10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent many afternoons on the balcony sipping wine, people watching and gazing at the ocean. Nancy and her son, Tyler were great communicators. My son left his laptop there and Tyler picked it up for us and……
