"Most of the employees were rude,there were a few really nice ones,Joe,Gemma and I didn’t get the other ladies name but she was housekeeping staff,all the front desk staff were rude,the female bartender that was working Wednesday March 19th had a 💩attitude,she had 3 customers at the bar and made us wait 15 minutes to order our way overpriced pasta that we all got sick after eating it,it took 40 minutes after we ordered to get 2 orders of pasta.We liked that it was close to the beach and everything was in walking distance.I feel like the water in the lobby could be filled more often as it was always empty or when it was full there were no cups.Breakfast was just ok,the restaurant definitely wasn’t worth the money and the fact that there were so many drunk people running around,this location is NOT family friendly like the Compass Hotel in Pigeon Forge.Also there were so many loud dogs on our floor it was very annoying hearing barking dogs.And don’t ask for a late checkout as you will be greeted with an attitude from the front desk,I don’t know the ladies name I’m sure she wasn’t a mgr but she was working March 19th she had a💩attitude also,myself and my kids had to rush to get out by 11:00am after being sick all night from the hotel’s restaurant food.Also when I booked this hotel4months ago there was a glitch&1of my kids got left off,I tried for 3 weeks to straighten it out&the rude ass staff kept refusing to help me,so I had2rebook&pay$500more&nooceanviewroom"

"If you're looking for the best home away from home, this home is what you're looking for. I booked this home to accommodate 14 family members who traveled to Palm Coast for a long weekend visit. This home far exceeded our expectations for a vacation rental home. The owners equipped this home with everything you need for your stay. They truly thought of everything. The home is very neat and clean. All of the guests were able to sleep very comfortably. I personally appreciated that in each guestroom, it was a queen or king size bed to accommodate 14 adults. The sounds of the ocean waves during the night was very calming. The "hot tub" & outdoor kitchen added another nice touch!!! You have two ocean front balcony views. In a three story home, using steps is always good for a workout, however, when you have the convenience of an "elevator" in your vacation home - It's the best. It made unloading & loading a breeze. Home is very close to restaurants. The best part of any stay are the owners support. They were "amazing"!!! Barry & Corrine are A!! They were helpful from the time we booked until our exit. They have binders of clear instructions on all floors. I can not say enough about our stay!!! THIS IS THE HOME you want to rent if staying on Flagler Beach. It will be my go to home future forward!! Thank you Barry & Corrine for sharing your home with my family. "

"A great location! The only problem for me was the bed. I prefer a firmer mattress. It was a short walk to the beach and to good restaurants. "

"Our host, Ryan, provided us with constant communication. The house is conveniently located right across from the beach, making it a perfect spot for walking to all the restaurants and bars. And, the house itself was beautiful.There were a few general maintenance issues that needed addressing. I had made several attempts to communicate with the host, including sending pictures, but none of the issues were resolved within the two weeks we stayed. For instance, the grill was in such poor condition that we couldn’t use it. The upper deck string lights also didn’t work, which prevented us from enjoying the outdoor space in the evenings. Both of these issues were addressed to the host two days into our stay.These are just a few of the maintenance issues that impacted our stay."
