“for starters this hotel is in a perfect area, is very clean, and totally modern and upgraded. My room was so comfortable and overlooked the canal. I would also like to shout out the staff. They had reached out to me days before my stay that there was going to be a train strike the day i was arriving and to be prepared. because of their warning I was able to rebook my train and make sure I got into Venice on the day I planned to. I would not have made it without their help and communication. In……

-Alessandra and her team were fantastic. She greeted us warmly, sat us down with a map of the entire city and gave us a rundown of things to see (and things to avoid). On our last day my wife and I had an early train to Naples so we weren’t able to make breakfast. So the staff put sandwiches and snacks in our fridge so we could take them on the train.
-The location was tough to beat. It’s right on the Grand Canal with their own semi-private dock to soak in the environment and take……
