Basics covered

Glass Casa was very clean upon our arrival. We give the comfort of the beds a 10/10. Clean & very comfy! Kitchen had basic dishes needed however, if you plan to cook a meal, be prepared to bring EVERYTHING needed down to salt & the salt shaker.

The beach

The house was a short walk to the beach with great access. The stairs were tough and there were a lot of flying ants in the house but that was probably due to a lot of rain. The handle fell off of the freezer door but we didn’t have an Allen wrench to fix it. Hope the cleaning people did. It was a great stay except for the rain. The house was exactly as advertised.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a wonderful wonderful getaway!! The kids loved the beach ( the ability to just walk to beach) made it even better. We really liked the layout of the house. The parents and children on bottom floor, w the grandparents and adults no children on top floor. The kitchen was beautiful!!! Availability of the golf cart and bikes is just another wonderful addition to this rental. Thank you so much for everything and allowing us to share this beautiful home you have been blessed with🙏Highly recommend😀😀

Beautiful home in a great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 story 4BR home is beautiful and well situated in Seagrove close to shops and places to eat. The golf cart was amazing to have! Seaside is only a couple miles away and we went down there several times. The only thing I felt like the house needed was furniture on the master BR balcony so that space could be enjoyed. Throw pillows on the couch would have been nice too! But we loved having beach chairs, a wagon, boogie boards to use! Excellent communication with host as well! Very memorable stay!

Great Home - horrible management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was great. However, the management was poor from the moment we landed in Florida. First, Glass Casa never sent the door code as promised. I had to text for it after we landed. Second, after landing I was told for the first time that we failed to execute a golf cart waiver & that we would not be given the golf cart code without executing it. I asked why that was the first time that I was hearing about the separate waiver & was told that it was sent to me months ago. It was never sent. I keep every text & every e-mail - literally. I went back through all e-mails and texts & never received any such waiver. Again, Glass Casa said that I had to execute the waiver or else I would not be given the golf cart code. These communications were all via text messages. Because it was impossible to sign the waiver on my phone (pull down boxes associated with the waiver do not work on a phone), I pulled out my computer at the airport & tried to hook up. I was then unable to complete the waiver because it was calling for an order name. We did not have an order name. So we continued to text Glass Casa with our latest text being at 5:01 PM. I said that we could not complete the waiver because we had no order name. The response we got was that the office was closed. Specifically, it said the office hours were "8:30 AM - 5:30 PM". Again, we texted at 5:01. It was obvious that Glass Casa did not want to deal with us. We then got to our place (beautiful home) and I assume the reason that I never received a golf cart waiver was because, unlike what Glass Casa was telling me, I was not renting the golf cart from Glass Casa. It was included in the house. There was no code associated with the golf cart so there was no need to tell me that Glass Casa would not release the code without me signing the waiver first. These were not the only issue with Glass Casa. We will always try to avoid Glass Casa whenever possible. The poor Yelp reviews are true. Live and learn.
