We have stayed at Nature Walk before, and this house did not disappoint. It had everything we needed and then some! This home was beautifully furnished, polished, and sophisticated, yet felt homey. I would come here again and again!

Great property!

We loved our stay! Our only wishes was 2 trash cans by the street. With our big family there wasn’t enough space. Also an 8 person LSV would be excellent. Loved the extra chairs, comfy beds, & cleanliness of the home!

We had a great stay in this house. It was very clean and spacious. My only issues were that it listed it had a pack n play and beach toys and did not so we had to scramble our first night to go buy one. Pinkie did generously pay us for it so the home is now equipped with one! Also, I paid to rent some items like a cooler, wagon, and beach shade but the house already had them. It would be easy to update the description to include items the house has available. It also wasn’t very clear where to access the beach so I had to Google and figure it out on my own. Otherwise, the house was great!

We had a great stay at this vacation home! The location is ideal- just a short golf cart ride to both WaterColor and Seaside, making it easy to enjoy restaurants, shops, and the charm of 30A. The beach access at San Juan is about 7–10 minutes away by car or golf cart, and we had no trouble getting there or finding parking. Publix is literally minutes away too.The house was very clean, spacious, and had lots of storage, which made it super comfortable for our family. It’s a great setup for groups or families traveling with kids. WiFi was great and loved having tvs in every room! The outdoor shower at the house was a highlight for us to wash all the sand off everyone after days at the beach!One downside was the lack of responsiveness from the owner. Some of my messages simply didn’t get a reply, which was frustrating. Also, they took a longer time to cash a check, so I’d recommend paying online, it’s more reliable. It’s also not clearly communicated that you need to roll the trash bins all the way out to the curb for pickup, so keep that in mind for trash day. Overall, it’s a great house in an unbeatable location- we had the best stay here!

The home was very nice and clean. The kitchen is well stocked which made it easy to cook dinners. We had some problems with the home, golf cart and bikes on our stay which wasn’t handled all that well which affected our overall rating of the property. The trash was overflowing in the bins from the previous renters and raccoons got into the trash the first night, and a black bear the second night. We notified them first thing in the morning as we knew if would turn into an animal problem after we checked in the night before and spoke to them on the phone later in the day as we hadn’t heard back. They indicated they would have someone pick up the trash which didn’t happen and we ran into the bear eating the trash in the front when leaving for dinner. We messaged them again about the situation and they blamed it on the county and told us they had no solution for us and they “are not a trash company.” The golf cart had a flat tire which wasn’t fixed for over 24 hours and multiple requests, and we could only ride two bikes as one had a broken seat and the other bike’s fender rubbed in the wheel making it inoperable. The bikes were not serviced when notified. We stay in Nature Walk when we come to 30A 2-3 times a year and have stayed at other properties without incident or had stellar customer service if something came up. We would choose other properties over these ones next time.
