Exactly as described

Lovely family friendly home with adjacent pool and included golf cart can leave personal vehicles parked the duration. Beach an easy short walk. Steps from the bike trail on 30A.

Excellent house near everything

Wonderful stay! Everything was great: house, location, amenities. The house has easy access to the restaurants and shops but is on a quiet street and a quick ride to the beach.

Anniversary Trip

We love the area! The golf cart is a plus! The view outside of the screened in porch has a great view of the pool. We hope to come again however unsure with the property up for sale. Would love to make this our annual place to stay.

Excellent, would highly recommend

We had a perfect stay at Villa Paradiso! The only thing we wish were different is that the rental bikes could be stored more safely in the garage; this would prevent any possibility of theft, etc. This is just an idea! Perfect stay!

Family Spring Break getaway

The house and location were great. We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We didn’t have any big issues but a few minor ones worth mentioning: The house was for sale and we were asked if we could let someone come in and look at the house which we accommodated but it did require us to alter our plans that day to get out of the house earlier. We could have said no I guess but didn’t want to be rude. It would have been nice if they would have offered some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. The pool code changed while we were there and we were not notified. One of the neighbors gave us the code to get in. Also, for some reason none of the drawers in the dressers and some in the kitchen appear to be off their tracks. That was a bit frustrating at times when opening or closing a drawer.

Lovely, spacious, poolside

I loved this rental! My favorite part was the two large porches (one screened) overlooking the big pool deck, complete with shady palm trees. Really pretty and large kitchen/ dining area, cozy master bedrooms with walk in closets, and also so close to old Florida fish house, coffee shops/ bakeries, and a little removed from the super traffic-y part of 30a! The beach access is a 4-5 minute bike ride, and not too crowded either! The pool really came in handy since there were red flags for a couple days of our vacation. Comfortable beds in the bunk room. Also, the art is abstract and funky and makes the place feel a little bit cooler than your typical beach house. Will come back for sure- thx!

Perfect Family Vacation!

We just spent a glorious spring break for a week and this house and it did not disappoint! We were two families (4 adults and 5 children) and it was the perfect house for us to spend spring break. First, it is obviously a very new house and had everything you could need for your stay. My kids jumped on the bikes the minute we pulled in the driveway. The great thing is the street is right off 30A, but you have your own little street for the kids to ride. Short ride to the beach. But the best part is the POOL! It is next to the house, so you can literally sit on the screened in porch or lay on the swing while watching the kids! It truly is one of the best stays we've had on 30A and we've been coming twice a year for 20 years. Can't wait to come back!

Good location and great for kids as right next to a great community swimming pool. Tough pulling car into garage with all the stuff inside. Beach Vacay

We absolutely loved the house and the location. While we were there, it rained everyday but one so we didn't get to enjoy the beach like we had hoped. The house, however, is so beautiful and comfortable it felt just like home and we just enjoyed the house and being right beside the pool which was a huge plus! Fantastic Vacation, Great house and location.

We had a great time. The House and location was exactly what we had expected. We would definitely recommed to anyone. A few non essential items in house needed to be fixed, but nothing that was a problem for us. Only small complaint was on property management company communication. They were a little slow to repsond to inquiries while we were at the property. Also it seems like the listing of rules for the house and neigherborhood were outdated or not enforced, but sent to us multiple times.

Vacation time

Midpoint on 30A; convenient to all towns. A bit farther from the beach than expected, especially with getting chairs, people etc to and from the beach each day. Felt like the pool for the community was our own private pool… The upstairs screen porch was terrific, and with a beautiful view…

We took the family down for fall break, we had a great time, location is excellent and the house is in perfect shape and is well appointed. Safe spot for little ones at the end of the cul-de-sac and super close to the pool. 10/10

Lovely home

Beautifully decorated, comfortable home! Downstairs is the queen bed and bunk bed rooms with en-suite baths. Upstairs has main living area, kitchen, master and half bath. ~.3 mile walk to beach, unfortunate seaweed situation going on this summer. Perfect community pool right beside the house!

Beautiful home

We love staying in this neighborhood. The pool was steps from the front door. The beach is a short bike ride away too. This house was beautifully decorated. Loved everything about it. Only drawback was we wish the elevator had been working. The kitchen and living room is upstairs and it was a hike taking groceries and suitcases up them. Other than that we would definitely stay here again. We had an awesome time.
