Great spot and great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Del Mar! We have stayed on 30A several times, but this was our first time in this area. We loved it! The house had plenty of room for our group of 11. The check in process was so easy and the property manager was so kind and responsive. The pool was a huge plus for our group! The walk to the beach was very short and took very little time. The only suggestion would be for some updates to the furniture in the very upstairs and in the pool area. Otherwise, very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back again!

Great Beach House

Great house and great location, away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside. Easy walk to the beach and the Andulsia beach access is so nice and not crowded. This house is very spacious with many bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The back porch and pool were perfect. Outdoor showers on each side of house and easy bike parking were another plus. The only addition I could see having is another dining table. The large empty side porch would be perfect for a table. The decor could use some refreshing but the positives outweighed that. We learned the day we were arriving that the downstairs of the house had flooded the week before. In a matter of days Kismet rental property had the floors replaced. Pretty remarkable. Also the carriage house AC was not working the day we arrived, the next morning a repairman was there to fix. We were very impressed with Kismet, great communication.
