Spring break!

The house is beautiful and in the perfect location in Grayton. Everything was clean, newer and well maintained. All rooms were well decorated and upscale. We had a small issue with the oven and the manager had someone out in 20 minutes. Getting to the beach is just a short walk as the access is right behind the property. Red Bar and Chiringos are right next door. Overall we had a blast. The pool left something to be desired. The area was fully enclosed and felt dark. Sand was blowing into the water as well. Nonetheless we had a great time and the house worked out great.

Fantastic house in an amazing location! We have been coming to Grayton for 11 years, and this house and location are the best we have ever encountered! The views are gorgeous, and the house was comfortable, clean and spacious. Would 10/10 recommend!!

Dawn Patrol was great!

Outstanding property and really loved it! Perfect for larger groups, great location for beach and restaurants, overall was as expected and we had an awesome week! The only con was a lack of ice makers (only one small one in kitchen fridge).
