Our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were fantastic. Aimee was very responsive. The cleanliness and the spacious accommodations were perfect for our family of 12. This place is so close to the ocean. The golf cart makes it easy to transport people back and forth and the neighbors that we met were awesome. We will be back and we hope to book this place again!

We had a wonderful vacation! Your home provided plenty of room for 2 families!! The beds were superb! The games in the dining room were a fun surprise! The golf cart and bikes were such a great addition and made for an easy trip to the beach! Truly all the comforts of home!!

Our first visit to Santa Rosa Beach was wonderful thanks to this beautiful home that was close to so much. You will not regret staying here. The owners are great communicators. The listing is very accurate. The golf cart was so helpful in transporting the various ages in our family down the main street directly to the beautiful beach! Thankful for a wonderful week with great weather.

Best place to stay

So fun! They have everything for the perfect beach vacation from age 3 up! The golf cart is so convenient and the walk to the beach, shops and restaurants is short! Also, 15 mile drive to Destin if you choose to but certainly do not have to as nice restaurants near Santa Rosa beach! They also have tons of beach toys already there! Loved our stay, second time!

Beautiful home, amazing location!

We loved being so close to Gulf Place, Shunk Gulley, and of course the public beach access! The golf cart, bikes, beach umbrella, chairs, corn hole, beach toys were so helpful for our family. The home is new with lovely furnishings, fantastic beds and in a quiet neighborhood diagonal from the community pool! We would happily stay at Blue Marlin again.

Amazing Thanksgiving

We absolutely loved our stay at The Blue Marlin! The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was super clean and it was awesome for the kids to have their own space on the third floor to relax together. The kitchen had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and it was fun to be able to grab coffee or a drink at nearby Gulf Place. We also enjoyed not having to rent bikes for the kids to use since they came with the house. Our entire family would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a great week!

Making memories at Santa Rosa Beach

Great house, great location, great vacation, great memories! Love the design of this house with first floor master bedroom, a 2nd master bedroom and two other large bedrooms on the second floor and awesome built in bunk beds on the third floor for the kids. Kids loved having "the kid floor". House is beautifully decorated and a lovely place to spend time. We rented bikes for the grandchildren and rode our bikes to the beach and restaurants every day. Having a golf cart was convenient and the children loved it. This was our first visit to Santa Rosa Beach and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful vacation home!

We were so sad to leave this perfect beach house! We took our 2 adult children, their spouses and our new grandson to Santa Rosa Beach for a week. This beautiful home gave us plenty of room to spread out and a great open concept Kitchen/living area to hang out in! This being our first beach trip with an infant we were concerned about beach access but this house is so close - a perfect golf cart ride (included in our stay)! And the pool is literally a stones throw away! Great restaurants, shopping & groceries are close too. Comfortable beds, clean roomy bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen all made for a wonderful stay. Hosts were quick to respond to questions! We had a wonderful week and will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home Away from Home

The Blue Marlin at Santa Rosa Beach was such a beautiful and comfortable stay! The home is tastefully decorated and fully stocked to meet everyday needs. Several of my family members commented on the very comfortable mattresses. The house is a short walk from the beach and very close to shopping needs! Aimee was prompt when we reached out with a need. I would highly recommend staying here! You won’t regret it.
