Great Home

Very clean and well stocked. Super simple check in and check out process. Loved the home. Only note - no beach accessories like towels, chairs etc to use so need to bring own.

Overall great experience! Nice property, lovely home and awesome vacation. After a slow start with no access to the golf cart on day 1. Someone showed up on day 2 and fixed the issue. Smooth sailing after day 1 mishap! Only wished it was resolved sooner.

Beautiful home and accommodations

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed, just add groceries and we were set. We had a family of 91/2.. and we had all the space we needed. Spacious living room for watching movies. Lots of room to gather in the kitchen for coffee or making dinner. Screened in back porch for hanging out. The golf cart was a life saver getting around and to the beach. The only thing is I wish the location was closer to the beach.

We stayed here for 7 nights. Beautiful home. Comfy beds. More than enough kitchen appliances. A few notes: For stays over 2-3 days, provide more dishwasher tabs and dish soap, toilet paper. Could definitely use more kitchen hand towels and paper towels. The master shower (tile) and the other 2 shower curtains had black mold and pink algea on them.

We had the best stay at this property. In previous years we stayed in watercolor and had a good experience but this neighborhood and house was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful, well stocked, clean, very comfortable and my kids loved the back screened in porch and games. We all slept great and enjoyed our entire vacation. The beach access was so easy and we never had to worry about finding a parking spot. The beach trail for bikes was also an easy trek to the beach. Definitely on of our most favorite vacations. The starter packs for the kitchen and each bathrooms was a pleasant surprise.

Overall, it was a good place and location for a week with our family. We have older children so it was easy for them to get around to seaside, watercolor and the beach. The low speed vehicle was great to get around. My only criticisms are 1) the lack of an ice maker in the freezer. We had to run to Publix 6 or 7 times just to get ice. It was manageable, but inconvenient. 2) the outdoor maintenance crew needs to start later in the morning. We had several days where they were working with blowers and other loud equipment before 8am. These are all just inconveniences. Overall, we had a very nice vacation.
