Beautifully appointed

The space was lovely and perfect for our group. We love Gulf Trace neighborhood, it’s our favorite in the area. Our only complaint was the air conditioning wasn’t working well for the upstairs bedrooms. Benchmark promptly came to look at it, but it got rather warm up there. Otherwise we highly recommend.

The beds and furniture are comfortable (something unusual for a rental property), and there is plenty of seating.........inside and outside. I would (and plan to) rent this property again.

Love how large the living room and balcony are in this home. Pool and swing are great! Internet works! I realize we are not there for screens. We stay in this neighborhood all the time and one owner at a different home didn’t pay for high speed internet. That is hard if work comes up, school, or just fun; internet is needed.

This house did not disappoint. It is stunning!!!! It Has a great open floor plan and the outside pool and entertainment area is amazing. We fit 8 very comfortably and I highly recommend staying here 10/10. Short block walk to the beautiful beaches. Can’t wait to be back.

The pool was dirty upon arrival and it took two days and several phone calls to have them out to clean it. We also had two plumbing issues that put the kitchen sink and the bathroom shower out of commission for two days. We would stay in this house again but would like for the management company to be more responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Safe Haven was a perfect vacation spot for our family of 9. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The kitchen was spacious and was well equipped with utensils and dishes. It did lack the usual everyday spices and for a house this large it did lack extra paper products and trash bags. The full sized washing machine and dryer are nice to be able to take home clean clothes. The beds were firm but a little bouncy but we slept fine on them. There were several extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. The extra comforters were nice but didn’t smell clean. The pool was great and we all enjoyed the outdoor area and there are plenty of pool and beach accessories in the closet downstairs. The house was very clean and comfortable. The outside stairs going upstairs feel in need of some attention as they are sagging and unsteady at the landing. Overall I would rate the house a 9/10 and would definitely return. The management company stayed in contact via text and/or email but we didn’t have any reason to have to contact them during our stay.

Very spacious and well designed living areas. Main living area is huge with lots of comfortable seating for everyone. There is a gracious wide space between sofa back and dining table which is wonderful for young children to play games or just to have a wide pathway through the middle of the large room. The dining table has 8 chairs around it comfortably with 2 more chairs you could add. The counter height bar stools are kid friendly yet comfortable. It is obvious a designer updated this house a few years back. There is a powder room off main living space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The king bedroom upstairs has a tiny bathroom. All others are fine. The main living area deck is wide, spacious with lovely table/chairs.No carpeting in this house but noise was not a problem. I think it is a premium plank vinyl. Looks good and feels good to feet. We really enjoyed the area under the house under the shade by the pool. The pics are accurate. There is a pool safety gate adjacent from the entry door on ground level. The pool area is completely fenced in. This house has a huge amount of parking. There are 2 driveways into property which make a “u” around the house. The pool area is street side but back from the road a bit and trees/bushes give privacy. It is a quiet street with about a 3 block walk to the broad walk by the blowout. (All kids seems to love playing in these areas where the dune lakes form shallow water ways to the gulf) NO STAIRS TO BEACH! AC works well!
