The Space:

With three levels of living space and multiple outdoor areas, this home invites both togetherness and quiet moments away.
The entire home features five bedrooms and four baths spread across three stories, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Open living areas encourage shared meals and conversation, while the layout allows everyone to find their own rhythm throughout the stay. Families and groups will appreciate the balance of gathering spaces and privacy.
Sleeping arrangements
The first floor includes two bedrooms with access to outdoor porches or patios. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms feature bunk beds well suited for kids or friends traveling together. The third-floor primary bedroom opens to its own private balcony, offering a peaceful place to start or end the day.
Kitchen & living spaces
At the center of the home is an open kitchen designed for easy meals and shared time. A breakfast bar and dining table make group dining simple, while WiFi and a dedicated workspace support longer stays. Smart TVs throughout the home offer relaxed entertainment after full days out.
Outdoor living
A fully fenced backyard creates a comfortable outdoor setting for all ages. The hot tub sits beneath a shaded pergola and is ideal for unwinding any time of day. Nearby, the fire pit and outdoor seating invite evening conversations, while patios and balconies throughout the home offer multiple ways to enjoy fresh air. A BBQ grill is available for casual meals at home.
Location & getting around
Beach access is nearby, with the shoreline just a short walk away. A street-legal, six-passenger golf cart is included to make trips to the beach, dining, and shopping easy. A signed waiver is required for golf cart use.
Additional details
The home includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, bathroom essentials, free parking on the premises, and a Pack ’n play/travel crib. Beach essentials are provided, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed. The home is pet-friendly, making it easy to travel with the whole crew.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
