The first floor offers two inviting bedrooms: Bedroom 1 opens directly onto a screened front porch with cozy sofa swings—just right for enjoying a good book or a breezy afternoon. Bedroom 2 features its own access to the back patio and a luxurious ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, providing a private retreat for ultimate relaxation.
