From the front sitting porch, step into this beautifully constructed 3 bedroom/2.5 bath beach home and quickly realize what makes it the perfect beach getaway! The first floor features an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living areas. The dining table seats six, with four additional seats at the bar top in the kitchen. Step out onto the back porch where you will find a grill and paved patio area, fenced in back yard and seating for eight to enjoy a meal together! Completing the first floor is a half bath and laundry room.

Head on up the stairs to the second floor where you will find two guest rooms, the first has a king size bed and the second has two twin size beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hall way which has one sink and a shower/tub combo with a sliding glass door. There is a desk on the second floor landing, should you need to catch up on work during your stay. Enjoy the second floor balcony and two adirondack chairs.

Escape to the third floor where you will find the master suite, fit with a king size bed and en suite with double vanities and a glass enclosed shower. The master suite has private access to the third floor balcony which has two adirondack chairs and the perfect place to take in beach breeze. Additionally on the third floor landing you will find a set of twin bunk beds for extra sleeping arrangements and a small game table for two. 

The beach access is a Walton County Access called 'Ed Walline', just 400 yards from the home, and has public bathrooms! You will be in the ideal spot to walk to shopping, restaurants, grab a coffee, and even ice cream shops for the kiddos!
