The home is extremely conveniently located just around the corner from all the main stores and restaurants in Seaside and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything was extremely convenient. The home was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. Many great balconies, outdoor spaces and a rooftop for enjoying the outdoors.

The rooftop deck is wonderful.It is a high end property with a quiet location and a great vibe. Lots of stairs is the only issue I could see some people having problems with.

The park can get a bit loud but you can always sit on the opposite side if you want to be outside.
