Perfect stay for our family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Sandy Feet rental property. It was perfect for our group that included 3 different families and 5 kids. We loved the bunk beds and spacious rooms. The location in Watercolor was awesome and with our golf cart we rented we were able to get to Camp Watercolor and The Beach Club within 5-7 minutes. It was the best vacation and we would stay here again.

Wonderful beach house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family and friends had an amazing beach vacation staying at Sandy Feet in WaterColor. The house was beautiful, very clean, and met all of our needs for a party of 10. Royal Destinations provided exceptional service in answering all of our questions and promptly responded when the air conditioning went out on the 2nd floor. Would love to come back and would definitely recommend this house to others :).

Upon check in everything seemed ok and it was a beautiful property and great location but after a few hours we started noticing things. The living room furniture was covered in stains, the downstairs bathroom had hair all over the walls. One of the twin beds upstairs looked as if the bed was clean but when my son turned down the bedding there was sand all over the sheets which means that those sheets were not replaced after the previous guest. All of the pillows in the kids rooms were totally flat and looked to be extremely over used!I’m not a hard person to get along with but when you pay thousands of dollars you should not have to spend your first day of vacation washing sheets and cleaning bathrooms Also there was a flimsy runner in the laundry room that did not have any rubber backing and it was dangerous. Both of my grandchildren took bad falls due to the rug slipping out from under them.It was just very disappointing that such a beautiful property was presented with dirty sheets and flat, worn out pillows.
