Make yourself at home in this well-appointed house, with comfort and convenience for families in mind. Located in centralized location on 30A you will be close to Seaside, but at just the right distance to avoid high-traffic and hustle while you are relaxing at the house or at the resort-style pool (3 houses away).
I want this to be your best rental experience, so I am personally available during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. I am only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. Our 4 bedroom/5-bathroom home has everything you need to feel right at home. Upon entering you’ll be able to admire the cleanliness and spacious open floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living area allowing for fun family entertainment and plenty of space to relax. This property comfortably accommodates up to 12 people (utilizing the sofa bed) and truly has everything you need for an enjoyable and memorable stay.
Another Faulking Beach House is located right off 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. You are far enough away from the most crowded parts of 30A, but only a golf cart ride away from being in the middle of Seaside, if you choose. Within proximity of a golf cart ride, you can get to Seaside (4 miles), Grayton Beach (3 miles) and the famous Red Bar, Gulf Place, Shunk Gulley, and plenty of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, activities, and much more. The HEATED, community resort-style pool is a short walk away that also offers a hot tub, firepit, and covered gathering area with a big screen TV to use at your leisure to grill, swim, and relax. Gulfview Heights beach access is less than 1.2 miles from the home and has a large public beach with 2 lifeguards on duty daily from 10 AM - 6 PM! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and relatively quiet and private public areas!
Another Faulking Beach House has been designed with you in mind as we want you to immediately feel relaxed when you walk in the front door. Tremendous attention has been paid to the textures, color palette, and placement of every little detail in the house. The layout of the house is perfect for families or large groups to gather and enjoy indoor/outdoor living, but also spacious enough to separate when needed so you can have your own space.

Walk to Blue Mountain Beach area and visit three public beach access points in the coveted Blue Mountain Beach area off of 30A - all with parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, and walking distance to restaurants! Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), access by Goat Feathers on 30A and access by the Blue Mountain Creamery (right off the beach access road)!
Enjoy access to the spectacular community resort-style pool area featuring a waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, gazebo with outdoor TVs, huge outdoor grilling area, shaded and unshaded seating areas with comfortable chairs and couches, and a 4-story aerial lookout tower with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico just steps away! Complete with breezy palms and beckoning lounge chairs, this relaxing oasis offers everything you need for an afternoon of fun in the sun! The fun doesn't stop here; after dinner, gather around the fire pit, roast some marshmallows and watch the sunset.
Other things to note:
** Pet fee is $250, up to 2, and is nonrefundable
** Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
** Smoking is strictly prohibited.
** Maximum occupancy is enforced.
** All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
** Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to golf cart. Faulk Properties, LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by golf cart, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
