Sanctuary by the Sea

We loved our stay. My grandson loved having movie night in the movie room. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. It is for sure on our short list of places to stay.

Great Rental on 30A

This is a great 30A property that has great pools and beach access from boardwalks. There are many high end touches and plenty of room for a large group. The two floors feel more like a house than a condo. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Nice Roomy Place

Condo was clean, roomy, and well appointed with nice appliances and pretty comfortable furniture/beds. Pools/beach were not crowded at all, having two chairs, umbrella, and two bikes to use all week was very nice touch. Only minor issue was ongoing construction that closed one pool out of three (biggest pool open and very nice), and had hammering/sawing going on during day (8am or so to maybe 6pm). Security and cleaning/maintenance staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Great condo - will stay again!

We traveled here with three adults and three 16-year-old boys. There was enough room for everyone to spread out, and the property was quiet yet provided access to all the things teenagers would like to do. I will definitely stay here again. One of the best experiences I have ever had in many, many vacation spots. The condo was clean ans the kitchen - wow! Everything we needed to cook dinner for hungry family.

Great spacious condo with amazing views!

We loved how quiet the property was and the 2 decks were amazing. There were only 6 of us at the 4 bedroom condo so we had plenty of room but even if we had 10, the layout was great so I don't think we would have felt crowded. Great location, security and amenities. We loved everything about it. We'll definitely be back!

Overall absolutely loved everything about this rental! Location was perfect and it exceeded all our expectations! Quiet and plenty of space. Staff friendly also. Will definitely plan to come back.

Great Family Vacation

Sanctuary by the Sea was great. The staff members were very friendly. The facilities were top notch and was very child friendly for my two year old grandchildren, particularly the walk in pool. The beachfront was awesome, very private and spacious. The unit 3107 was truly amazing. It was very well equipped and the upstairs Master with the large balcony made for a great retreat. Three families shared the unit without feeling the least bit crowded. We have already booked for next year and look forward to returning for many years in the future.
