Love staying at this amazing well appionted house.

Very well thought out wants and needs for guests. Plenty of things to do and enjoy in the home and surrounding area. Stocked with just about anything you could want for a relaxing vacation. Everyone able to have their own private bath was a huge bonus. Definitely recommend booking this home. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful property with fantastic amenities.

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. All we had to do is relax and enjoy our vacation. The neighborhood pool is very close and the beach is easy to get to and not over crowded. We will definitely be back for a return visit to Coastal Escape.

Fantastic Getaway

The house and location are amazing. No need to bring anything with you except beach towels as everything else you’ll need is already there from beach items, kitchen items, or anything else you can think of. Definitely going back.

Coastal escape is amazing! Clean, modern rooms with beach charm everywhere. The bikes & golf cart access was amazing! Having 4 bathrooms was great for our mom-daughter trip! Thank you for a great vacay!

Ladies’ Getaway

Four girlfriends spent five nights at Coastal Escape in early May and found the house to be ideal for our needs. It was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet also which was great for napping or conversation on the screened porch. The golf cart was a plus for getting around and big beach towels were provided for our use. Highly recommend for an adult getaway!

Beautiful Accommodations

We have rented on 30A for 16 years, and this was by far our favorite place to stay! The house was beautiful and so clean! The owners had the kitchen stocked with every thing you could imagine needing and more! We also had more than enough room for all 11 of us! It’s in the perfect location with easy access to the beach! We hope to stay here again!

Nice Rental

The rental was exceptionally clean and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The inclusion of four bikes and a golf cart was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to explore the area. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for a perfect family beach vacation—umbrellas, beach chairs, a boogie board, Spikeball, and more. For relaxing or entertaining at home, there were plenty of board games, cards, and dice. The screened-in porch was a great feature, especially for the kids to enjoy safely. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Home in the Grove!

Our second week long stay at Coastal Escape and it had changed owners but nothing else changed about this super nice, clean and comfortable home with all the amenities one would expect in Seagrove. We will be back again next year!

Our Wonderful Week in 30a

Coastal Escape was a perfect stay for our party of 6. We loved the large screened in porch - especially on the rainy afternoons. The teens used the provided bikes everyday to bounce back and forth to the Square. Everything was clean and well-appointed. We will definitely stay here again!

Heavenly place to visit!

this was a fantastic place to visit. Everything we could possibly need or want Was provided. Love that kitchen an all it's amenities! Things were handy for us to visit and take part in. Easy walk to the beach, and close to so many activities. the decor was amazing and such fun to see, and we all fought for the Egg chair on the porch! the porch was another joy to us, as it was such a nice place for us to get together.

Great location, property and host

Location: Can easily walk or ride bikes to the beach; neighborhood had two small swimming pools; very easy bike ride to the main shopping area; access to 30A. Home: Ready to "move in" with fully stocked and supplied kitchen supplies; bikes and cart were provided on our trip; gas grill worked great; owner permitted use of their chairs/umbrellas; very roomy and well appointed w/ screened in porch w/ TV on it and fans; unfortunately during our visit a house was being built right next to us which made a lot of noise too early in the morning and too late in evenings for us to enjoy porch... not owner's fault; home felt fairly new, was clean, nice furnishings and touches. Host/Agent: Great communication and responsiveness with emails and texts; every thing was ready for out visit for the week

Perfect Little Neighborhood

We stayed 4 nights during the month of July. This is the cutest house, perfect for our party of 10. Approx .6 miles away from the beach access, we had a family member drop us off in a car. They drove the car back to the house, parked and rode a bike back to the beach!!! The pools are a great option as well! The check-in/checkout process was super easy as well! I highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Also, close to restaurants and Destin Outlets if you’re looking to shop!

Wonderful Coastal Stay!

Coastal Escape is a fabulous home in Seagrove Beach ! It’s a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home. It had a huge modern kitchen with everything you could want in a kitchen! Enjoyed the screened in porch - had breakfast there every morning! The bedrooms were so comfortable! TVs were in the bedrooms and in the screened in porch. Just loved the color scheme throughout the house! There were 8 bikes here to ride ! The complex had two crystal clear pools. And there were 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas on the beach for us to use on our beach days! That was just awesome! Also there is a laundry room with a large washer and dryer to use. Coastal Escape was such a lovely home to stay in for our vacation! We loved it ♥️

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved everything about this home! The set up with 4 private bathrooms was great, the kitchen had everything you could think of, the home was spotless and in great condition. We enjoyed coffee every morning and cocktails every evening on the lovely porch. Truthfully, this home takes “well appointed” to the next level. The bikes were an extra bonus! Kudos to the owners and Kismet! We stayed in Grove by the Sea last year and loved it. It is such a quaint, private community. We were thrilled to find another home in this community since we were bringing friends. The proximity to Seaside is perfect, and the Andalusia beach access - with beach chairs and umbrellas RIGHT there - is perfect! OH - and having the chairs and umbrellas included was amazing! This is our 2nd year renting with Kismet and staying in Grove By The Sea. We have found our new vacation spot and will be back!

This property is amazing, just as pictured and perfect for our crew on vacation. Fully stocked with everything and anything you need while at the beach. The house next door was being renovated so it was very noisy with workers and their radio, but overall we had an excellent experience.

Another Fantastic Vacation at Coastal Escape

We love the convenience to the beach and fantastic restaurants in the 30A area. The quiet serenity of the neighborhood lends and opportunity to unwind. The walkability and available bikes and golf cart make the stay even more enjoyable. We didn't need to start the car for the entire week. The accommodations and amenities are top notch (exceptional cleanliness). Coastal Escape is a "high recommend" for a beach vacation with plenty of room for family or guest any time of the year. Eager for our next visit to Coastal Escape!

Wonderful home with great screened porch close to Beach

This is our 4th year to stay at Coastal Escape. The home is in Grove by the Sea Neighborhood which has great access to Beach, Restaurants, Publix Grocery and many other places. The Screen Porch is large and very comfortable, all furnishings and accessories in the home are nice. Miss the Beach Chair Service this year, almost would enjoy it more than the Golf Cart

PERFECT!

Coastal Escape is by far the *best* rental property I’ve ever stayed at—truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully prepared, including a sweet Welcome Bag that made us feel instantly at home. The decor is stunning—modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The entire property, both inside and out, is immaculately kept. It’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered. Mornings on the wraparound front porch with coffee were a dream. And with the golf cart and bikes provided, it was so easy to explore. We were just a short and beautiful ride from some of the most breathtaking beaches and everything that 30A has to offer. The home is fully *loaded* with everything you could possibly need—and more. We didn’t have to think about a thing. We will absolutely be back—again and again. If you’re considering a stay anywhere on 30A, stop looking. This is the one.

House was beautiful & plenty of space. Construction next door was a little early the first few days. The pools were closed 2 days instead of just one. Lastly, we had no working air conditioning for approx 24hpurs. We know there is nothing you can do about those things. I would suggest a second AC unit bc downstairs bedrooms were warm at night. I hope you were happy with the condition we left the house. We took out all trash, started dishwasher, and put all towels in the washer.
