We chose this place as it was near the Chapel at Seaside where our son was getting married. Our four year old granddaughter walked in and ran all around the house, arms spread out yelling, “I Love It.” Our son and his bride to be arrived later. The next morning I told our son what his niece had said and he said his bride to be said the same thing. She told him she wants to rent the house every summer going forward. She said it has her beach vibe and his love of the woods combined.It is exactly as advertised in the pictures. We did not cook while we were there but had plenty of glasses, plates and silverware. The beds were extremely comfortable which was great because my husband is extremely picky. The screen in porch was nice. I sat out there every morning drinking coffee. There were several days the deer would stop and graze in the yard or run through. It has bicycles to ride which we did not have a chance to use. It is also a fairly close walk to the beach. I highly recommend.
