This home was so adorable. Wonderful location for us and the kids. Very roomy and management company were wonderful to accommodate for anything. Definitely would come back to this place.

Eccentric home with a great location.

Really enjoyed the property. A little dated in the kitchen and bathrooms but for the price and location it was fine. Very eccentric decor which made the stay fun and interesting.

This property is in a great location. 2+/- minute walk to Seaside and 4+/- minute walk to the beach. Great "old Florida" feel to the area with live oaks, gravel/sand road, etc. Would definitely book again!

LOVED the location! Very close to the beach, seaside center and lots of fun stuff in Santa Rosa! Big house, very clean and nestled away from the crowds on the main drag.

Access to beach and Seaside is wonderful. I wished there had been an information packet upon arrival to list WiFi info, bike codes, closest beach access, etc.

Great location

This home is very convenient to beach and Seaside town area. The house was mostly clean and had a very homey atmosphere. There are a few maintenance issues that need attention. We would stay here again if these issues were taken care of. The area is so charming and made for a great vacation.

Great location

This property is in a great location and neighborhood in the Seaside area. It has plenty of room for a large family or even 2 families. It is definitely unique and eccentric. Not your typical beach house. Lots of porches to sit on. I would recommend as long as you didn't mind the decorating style. I would stay there again just for the location and reasonable (comparitively) price.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Playhouse II. It was close walking distance to restaurants and the beach and just far enough away to be peaceful. The house was good. The bathrooms are all in need of renovations as is the kitchen. The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Some of the art work was a little racy!
