“ The Chic hotel in front of the desk staff service is not good. We order the Chic Suite,Caldera View(Outdoor Hot Tub) in Hotels. But the staff lead us to a small room(No.7) Told us this is our room. After we check the booking details the room is different with Hotels pictures. The staff told to us:The outdoor hot tub room have 3 type, and it’s “random” you couldn’t choose when you booking on the Hotels.
