Fantastic, recently renovated home located just steps to the beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground level home was professionally decorated and offers luxury furnishings and decor. Off of the main living room is a cozy den with a sleeper sofa and sliding doors for privacy. The kitchen offers stainless appliances, quartz counters and a custom breakfast bar.

This great property offers a covered patio with comfortable furnishings and a gas grill (propane is a guest expense). 2nd bathroom (originally the home's "beach bath") is located off the patio. This full bathroom offers a step-in shower and is easily accessed from the second bedroom.

If you're looking for island luxury living, in a quaint home with easy beach access- this home is for you! Just a short walk to shopping & dining. Nearby, "walkable" eateries include Skinny's Place, AMI Beach Cafe (famous for their "all-you-can eat pancakes"), Solo's Pizza, Paradise Bagel & Cafe, Peach's, and more. Our local grocery store, Publix and Walgreen's Package Liquor are also right around the corner.

Home is able to accomodate up to 8 guests.

I strongly advise against booking this property as is w/o carefully checking it all upfront. Upon check-in, we encountered an absolute nightmare: the bed linens and bedspread had highly visible, unwashed blood and bodily fluid stains. We documented this severe health and safety hazard immediately with photos and a UV light. This is a blatant violation of basic Florida sanitation codes. When we provided the photographic evidence to the management company (Mike Norman Realty), their handling of the situation was shockingly unprofessional. First they never replied to our email and after a week of waiting upon calling them confirmed that their primary email account listed in all paperwork is not monitored. Initially, they acknowledged the property wasn't properly prepared, yet bizarrely claimed the unit was "cleaned and checked" prior to our arrival, although offered to refund the cleaning fees. If leaving soiled, blood-stained linens for new guests passes their "inspection", their sanitary standards are dangerously low. To make matters worse, the property lacked basic household essentials, barely providing a single garbage bag and dishwasher pod, which further proves their negligence. Charging substantial money for a week of staying w/o providing basics it's kinda weird. You pay for a relaxing, safe vacation, but this management team delivers unsanitary conditions and zero accountability. Your health and safety are not a priority here. Save your money - book somewhere else.

Spring break in AMI

This is our second time staying at this property. The location is amazing as you can walk to the beach, restaurants, Publix and more. The house was clean and there were plenty of beach towels. We were thrilled there were 2 bikes to use! A few things we were disappointed in were the beach chairs (very rickety and not comfortable options), the lack of beach toys for guest to use, and the outdoor bathroom’s shower curtain. They used a rod that was not meant to be a shower rod and it fell constantly hitting everyone on the head. There was no dishwasher tabs or laundry tabs provided. There was a bottle of liquid dishwasher soap but it was empty. The other issue was the motion light outside is right next to the bunk beds so it was annoying to my kids sleeping there as the wind makes it go off pretty much non stop at night. With all this said, we would stay at this property again as it was a lovely house in the best location

We loved the our time! Location is perfect! Steps to the beach! The had a regular coffee maker and beach towels. You’ll have to rent chairs and tent for the beach. AC was nice and cold!

Fit our needs

The house is small and cute. Nothing fancy, but was just what we needed. A very short walk to the beach. The second bath is outside with the laundry room. I had missed that in the listing and didn’t find it until day 2. The AC was not working one night, but was immediately addressed when we reported that the next morning.

Amazing spot!

This is a great spot to stay at close to the beach! We would stay there again. One of the bathrooms was completely separate from the house but it worked out well for showering after the beach.

Winter get away

Grill is in bad shape, no wash clothes, only 4 towels for entire 7 day stay, had to buy regular coffee pot hope it is appreciated by future guests, cooking was a challenge with what is provided. Please replace kitchen faucet, it is so plugged water barely comes out. Great location for beach, the house is nice. Needs attention.

The property is at a great location with lot's of things convenient within walking distance of the property (Grocery store, hardware store, shops etc). The house is a minute walk to the beach which is nice. The property has nice appliances. There were some minor annoyances with other things at the property. The kitchen sink had low water pressure. There were small ants in the house. There were some items in disrepair and the toilets were slow. We had to buy a toilet plunger while we were there and left it with the property and the outside shower leaked / broke while we were there. The second shower and restroom is in a separate room outside separated from the house. The AC and heat in the property worked well.

Walking distance to beach

Really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach everyday and the outdoor patio was great. With small kids being on Gulf dr was a bit of a downside but being south of the main highway helped. We would stay here again.

This property is beautifully decorated and super comfy. You have a private patio and the walk to the beach takes like 2 mins! The beds are comfortable and plenty of room. I loved this property had a washer and dryer! We can’t wait to stay here again! Our family loved this home!

Awesome location!!

Loved our stay in Anna Maria island. The house was beautifully decorated. 2 complaints- we had to move a lot of the decorations so our toddler would not break them. Secondly, there were bikes in the shed but no key. When we called the realtor they stated the bikes are for the homeowners use. We ended up renting bikes to use!

Fully equipped, tastefully decorated ..perfect beach house!

This house is what one looks for in a beach house and more! Fully equipped kitchen ( if you do really want to cook) and very comfortable furniture . It’s spacious enough to spread out but not too big to maintain . It’s about a three minute walk to the beach - a perfect location! We would definately return to this house to vacation on Anna Maria Island!

Beautiful place and location

My daughters and I spent a week here for spring break. The house was great. Had everything we needed. It’s location was perfect. Even walked to a sunrise mass on Manatee Beach for Easter Sunday. Walking or biking distance from shops and restaurants. Very short walk to the beach. We also had a vehicle that took us to short drives to other places on the island or over to Longboat Key. We loved it. Hope to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sweet home by the sea. With 5 young kids we had plenty of space and the outdoor bathroom/shower was perfect after a beach day. We loved the quick walk to the beach, grocery, shops and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, quality linens and beautiful decor, too! Can’t wait to return!

Great Vacation

I Loved it, one of the best vacations I have had I awhile. Only problem was their was no can opener and the dryer stopped working. Called someone on Friday but no one showed up to look at it and we didn't leave till Sunday. A very cute place, was big enough for the 6 of use, perfect location to the beach.
