「Conrad We checked and in the hotel for day use although it was a full night reservation .we arrived a bit early around 12 and the receptionist were super kind and very nice during thecheck in time especially i explained that we need the room only until 5 pm since it was express umrah. 「The Good: the quality of the food served at the restaurant, The front desk customer centricity. The bad: inefficient communication/coordination within departments.
