"Fantastic location and great spot. Lintang was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot to stay if you’re doing the hike or Jeep ride up Mt Batur. The property has multiple styles of rooms to suit different types of travellers. We stayed in a glamping “potato” it was pretty good, price was solid, bed was comfy, though it does get damp at night (be prepared for that). The only thing we noticed was there was a lot of flies (bugs). Which I’m told is just the area....

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Mansion Resort and Spa! We booked a family villa and it was perfect for the three of us. The staff was very sweet, friendly, and helpful! The property is beautiful and well maintained. We were very busy with tours, and didn’t get a chance to use the six pools the property has to offer. But they look very relaxing and clean. "The property itself is amazing , note the wellness, gym and suana are all separately paid for and not included in the nightly cost. When I arrived the room had a broken curtain rod and ac not working. Just did not feel homey compared to the other resorts for that price. Also the vibe in the place is filled with security personnel breathing down your neck. Doesn’t feel welcoming at all. I loved the suana and wellness part but hated staying at the premises itself. I had a couple of friends visit...
