Casa Coco Ocean/Jungle view Studio

The ground floor one bedroom studio has it's own private entrance. In the bedroom there is a queen size bed, that looks out on to the patio and the ocean beyond. There is a fully furnished kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, double hot plate, toaster oven, etc. There is plenty of storage, a closet, and a small desk area. There is a small TV. The bathroom is large, colorful and features custom tile work throughout. The bedroom opens out onto an outside patio under a palapa roof, with comfortable lounge chairs and a dining area, as well as an ocean view. It is private and completely separate from the upper house. There is off street parking.Casa Coco is a gorgeous ocean view one bedroom home, and studio apartment completed 5 years ago.

This uniquely crafted home was custom designed with artistic details and accents throughout. It is colorful, beautifully decorated, and immaculate.

* Located in the north beach residential neighborhood of lovely homes, the house sits 100 feet above the beach.
* It takes approx. 10 minute to walk to the beach, and approx a 10-12 minute walk to the main plaza.
* There are restaurants and food markets approx 10 minute walk away.
* The unit include maid service (every 5 days), drinking water, wireless internet, wall safe for your valuables, gas grill, beach chairs, and beach umbrella.
* Offers high quality bed linens, towels, and pillows.
* There is an enormous water holding tank, so there are never any concerns about running out of water when the town is having water pumping problems. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
* All windows are screened.
* THIS PROPERTY CAN BE RENTED TOGETHER WITH THE UPPER HOUSE TO MAKE A SPACIOUS TWO BEDROOM RENTAL. The property is owner managed and very secure. No smoking is allowed inside under palapa roof. This house is lovingly maintained with attention to detail.

Great Location

Loved the area we stayed in (north end). It’s a lot quieter than the south end of town - you can walk to everything from here. here is a bit of a hill but we called that our exercise for the time we were there. Loved this unit and would stay here again. It had a beautiful view and had everything we needed.
