「Very good reception and nice service of staff.」

「Excellent service and hospitality. The Breakfast Buffet had a lot of variety and the staff is super friendly. Reception and front desk staff are extremely helpful and could provide some excellent recommendation on where to spend your evening in Florence. Highly recommend! 」

「Centrally located, high quality furnishings and bathrooms. Only thing is we would have liked to have one large bottle of complimentary water rather than having to refill ourselves. Breakfast was great and the lady who runs it kind and helpful. Enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend or stay again.」
