「The location is conveniently situated in a popular area with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the surroundings, making guests feel welcome. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, ideal for relaxation. The room and bathroom are spotless, regularly cleaned, and well-maintained. However, the carpet retains a very old, musty smell that could benefit from airing or replacement.」

「Just perfect, 1 block from tge sand and the air show, Thunderbird and more. Plenty of spaceious parking 2 min from the property. Family room had mini kitchen and supplies. What more can u ask for.」

「Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns.」

「It was a pleasant stay. The hotel was close to the beach and it was close enough, as well as far enough, from the boardwalk. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was really clean and heated which was delightful to use.」

「Arriving on Monday the rooms AC unit wasn’t properly working. I let staff know a few times throughout the week that the AC was on 66 but it was 81 degrees in the room!!! They had maintenance come a few times to try and fix it but it didn’t work. I asked for fans because of how hot it was, they said they didn’t have any. But when maintenance came for the second time I asked him and he gave me two fans. It was still 80 in our room, they didn’t offer us to move rooms until the day before we were...

「The hotel is within a great location accessible to many of Ocean City’s attractions. The room we stayed in was perfect offering all the comforts of home. We loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. Breakfast at the Hotel restaurant was a great convenience which we enjoyed. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!」

「Staff at front desk were nice and courteous. Room was clean, I like the location. I didn’t use the pool, but many did. Parking on site was available and never had issues with vandalism while at this location.」
