    Bathroom: Bath, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity and Wi-Fi included. Bed linen and towel hire.. Front garden. Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Situated on a quiet residential area, and only a short walk from the village amenities, The Spinney is an ideal holiday base for exploring the glorious Northumberland coastline, stunning beaches, castles and National Trust properties. Seahouses golf course is only 600 yards from the property and horse riding is available nearby. Presented to a very good standard, it provides comfortable, cosy, well furnished and equipped accommodation boasting magnificent sea views from the master bedroom. To make your stay at The Spinney even more enjoyable and a lovely home from home experience, the property also benefits from unlimited super fast fibre optic Wi-Fi, BT sports package, Sky sports package and Freeview TV channels. Shops, restaurants and harbour are only a short walk away.

The Spinney is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Seahouses village centre.

The Spinney is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Seahouses village centre. The Spinney has 2 car parking spaces which is very useful. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay, however we found the double bed too small for us, we are used to a king size. We stayed in September, the sun rose about 6.30am and found the bedroom window blinds did not block out the light. We like a dark room to sleep in, however this is personal preference. The TV does have NetFlix which we found when scrolling though the TV channels. So don't forget to make a note of your NetFlix email address & password and if you do use, do not forget to logout of device before you leave to go home. The sitting area at the rear of the property is very nice, we had some lovely G&Ts enjoying the lovely warm sunny weather. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A lovely cottage in a great location, clean, homely and beautifully decorated. We had a warm, friendly welcome from the owners and then enjoyed a quiet, peaceful week. The cottage is in a great location - only a few minutes walk into Seahouses.

We had a lovely week at Seahouses, the location of the holiday home was great. It's extremely easy to reach other places within Northumberland but enjoy the peace at Seahouses. Everyone we met was so friendly and we would have no hesitation in going back. It's a stunning coastline.
