The only critique I hzve is that the upper bathroom shower tub needs a non-slip mat in the tub & a soap tray in the corner.

The views are exceptional!

Absolutely stunning views and locale. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We did not use the downstairs as it had a creepy vibe. But overactive imaginations aside, a nice sized house with views that make up for any ghosts or older furnishings.

Great Location

Great Location. Walking distance to Beach, shopping and restaurants. Our Family with 6 adults and 2 young children had an amazing time and made lots of incredible memories. Will definitely love to stay here again.

There needs to be a light on the door with the lock that needs a code. Also lights need to be if entering house after dark. Stairs are very hard to navigate with luggage.

great location

It's a 100 yard walk to the beach through dunes. Just a block or two away from the promenade. There is plenty of space and a large closet that would be great for a play pen. There are no black out curtains in the rooms, the tub drained slowly. It's an old house that hasn't been updated much but not terrible. Great price for a great view and access to the beach. We had a lovely trip.

Location, location, location!

We loved this home! We had 5 adults and one toddler. Having 4 bedrooms worked out well! We had pretty much all that we needed and enjoyed it’s unique style. You can’t beat the location - it’s a few minutes walk on the path through the sand dunes to the never ending beach! Relaxing on the deck was a daily pastime as was enjoying the amazing sunsets! We hope to be back some day!

Perfect house for our girls’ trip

This house met all our expectations. It was clean, very close to the beach, and walking distance to town. It slept all 9 of us comfortably, and was exactly as advertised. The deck was a perfect place to sit and watch the sunset.

Great vacation spot for Seaside

Great location just outside the hustle of downtown seaside but close to the boardwalk. Short walk to the beach and wonderful view through the unique octagon shape. You feel like you're surrounded by the ocean. The property is no pets and it shows, it was so clean; no sand anywhere if you can believe it. We put all the kids downstairs and they had their own space and adults had their own space upstairs. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is nice, fairly clean. Close to the beach. there is not much yard to let children play outside. The BBQ needs to be replaced. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are adequate.

What an amazing home! The views are stunning, the beach access was wonderful and the house was perfect! The beds were so incredibly comfortable, house was very clean, we had such a great time! I was a bit nervous about the stairs with an almost 3 year old but he did amazing with them! The backyard was a great play place for him and did i mention the views were INCRECIBLE! We will for sure be back!

Loved it!

Very beautiful location and character to the home. Rented for our 10 year anniversary for a few days. Enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean except for some dusty trim here and there. House has no deadbolts on the doors, but felt secure in the neighborhood and at night. Slept very well and beds were comfy! Quick drive to the main strip or could walk if you wanted to! Everything you need I close by and very friendly people we interacted with. It's was fun to watch the storm that rolled in on us, so we watched the beach and played board games. It was a perfect home away from home! Would 1000% rent it again!

We loved this place!

We had 8 adults and 1 toddler and just spend 4 nights here over Memorial Day weekend. The house is beautifully situated on the Oregon shore with stunning views right out of the front windows. Everything was very clean. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the 3 bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were also very handy. Dish soap, hand soap, laundry and dishwasher pods were all available. Beds were comfortable and several fans were available for white noise. We would definitely rent this place again!

Awesome Beach

The view made the few inconveniences ok. Did I say the view was awesome and not a bunch of people which made it even better. Plenty of space for 6 of us. Beds were really comfortable ( I never like the beds always uncomfortable) Few things they didn't have no tissue, no clocks big enough to see ,no instructions for tv us old people that don't use 64 remote controls need instructions:) Oh watch the fridge its not level. All in all if we need a big place will definitely use again.
