「Arrived to hotel late and very tired just to our surprise the doors were locked, no front desk representative around. Called the front desk and ranged the bell for over 30 minutes with no response. Then the desk representative finally shows up and she charges room on my card after I already had paid with reservation. Assured me she would take care of the refund. Next morning during checkout realize nothing was taken care of. I am very disappointed in the hotel staff service. I travel a lot and...
