「Front desk, restaurants ,were awesome. Hotel room cleaning could be much better. Empty boxes of soap, dirty mirrors, shower floor that seems like it was cleaned with oil ( very slippery) and old pieces of limes under the tables. Room was nice, beds very uncomfortable. Overall decent as far as room. Concert venue was ok, seating a bit uncomfortable and having to constantly walk through a smoke filled casino to get anywhere was pretty bad considering the restaurants were all off the casino and...

「I stayed here for four nights while moving my son out of his dorm at USF. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a free breakfast. Very satisfied. What really makes this place stand out is it staff. Everyone I encountered from the front desk to the maintenance people to the housekeeping. Staff were more than pleasant and went out of their way to ask if there was anything they could do to strike up a conversation and they truly made us feel very welcome. 10 out of 10 would stay there again....
