"The property we stayed at was cozy for four and we brought a lot more supplies than one would expect. The host accommodated us and did everything to make sure we had a great stay. Communication was cordial and timely, and the host and her family were super kind to us and gave us several recommendations for local activities. 10/10 experience!"

Top Severance Hotel Reviews

Maple Leaf Motel

8/10 Good

"Room was great. Room was hot even when heat was turned off."

Trout House Village Resort

10/10 Excellent

"We had a very pleasant, relaxing stay here in early October. Such a pretty resort. Our room was small but fine for the two of us. Very, very clean. We walked across the street to sit on the Adirondack chairs looking out over Lake George in the evening . This place was perfect for our visit to Fort Ticonderoga!"

Silver Bay YMCA Inn and Conference Center

10/10 Excellent

"The rooms were like new, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of food and as much as you wanted. Our room offered a nice view of the lake, although the view was partially obstructed, so you don’t get a completely unobstructed view. However, be prepared for an expensive dinner if you plan to eat at the Conference center. At $32 per person, the food was disappointing for the price, as the quality and selection were more in line with what I would expect from a $10–$15 meal. Overall, the rooms, staff, and breakfast were positives, but the dinner prices were hard to justify."
