Perfect cabin getaway!

The cabin was perfect, the pool was super fun for the kids, the hot tub was excellent!! We had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway!

Perfect cabin for kids!

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin! The pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by our 9 year old and our teenagers loved the pool table and arcade games upstairs. The location to the main strip in Pigeon Forge was great!

Spring Break Cabin Retreat

The cabin was great! The kids (9, 8, 6, and 4) loved the playroom/arcade/bunk bed top floor. After each day of exploring the nearby attractions, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The check-in process was seamless and the owners were responsive when we reached out. We would definitely stay here again.

Timber River is a wonderful cabin

Would highly recommend staying with Bear Tracks! The cabin we rented was very clean and just as described. They are very efficient and responsive which is greatly appreciated. Will definitely stay with them again.

Great Place to stay

We definitely enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The only complaint was the internet/cellphone service was not good but it was still a great place. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Would stay there again!!! Thanks!!

Fall get away.

Beautiful house and beautiful weather. House is close enough to the strip to get there if you need anything but far enough away to give you that mountain feel.

Great getaway

We loved the cabin and spent many hours in the pool & the game room! We would definitely stay here again. One suggestion would be to add slip resistant tracks to the stairs from the pool to the main level. The stairs are very slippery when wet. Also there weren’t any potholders in the house.

Great Cabin

This was the perfect cabin for my family of 4. We enjoyed the heated pool and the many games in the game room. This cabin kept us entertained everyday. The only negative was the remote control for the tv in the game room was so crusty and nasty we didn't want to touch it. But everything else was GREAT! We will definitely be returning again.

Best cabin yet!

This was our fifth trip to the Smokies. This cabin has been the best yet. The location is amazing as it’s in the woods yet only a short drive to town. It was super clean! Pac-Man and the pool table kept us all well entertained. They have tv’s everywhere, however, we never turned them on as there was so much to do right in the cabin! The pool room was nice and warm making the pool so refreshing and fun! My daughter spent hours in it! The hot tub was in working order and was a great way to all end our day every night!

Great getaway!

Overall it was a great cabin. Very clean. It's in a great location that is just close enough to all the attractions but far enough to feel like your secluded (exactly what we needed) the pool and hot tub where super fun and the kids enjoyed hours of pool time. We also really enjoyed the pool table and video games! Also, there are bears in the immediate area, there was one right beside to cabin! So be aware when you go outside! It would have been nice to have cooking items like salt and pepper and cooking spray. So plan ahead if your cooking meals Our biggest complaint is that the beds were not comfy.

Loved this cabin!

My kids loved the pool, although we had an issue with the water temperature being a little cool the last couple days. Maintenance sent someone quickly to fix it, but it didn’t warm back up before we had to leave. The upstairs area was perfect for our 4 kids! Games, tv, pool table were all great! A couch up there would be nice. The hot tub was so relaxing for us parents! The refirgerator makes a constant squeaking noise that became a little annoying. Location was great! Not far to the main strip. Comunication with the owners/management/maintenance was great! Anytime I had a concern, I would message them and they always responded quickly! Overall, we would stay here again! We loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was semi clean- there were spills on several floors indicating that mopping was not done prior to our arrival. The stairs to the basement pool room are in dire need of some kind of grip material as they are dangerously slick when wet. No kitchen linens were provided and no mop or anything to clean up water from wet kids traversing the cabin. The internet was quite spotty and we only had 6 people there. It was out completely for an entire day during our 3 day stay.

We had plenty of space in the game room to set up her travel crib and hang out on the main floor after she went to bed. The cabin had everything we needed! The cabin was very clean! The washer and dryer in the pool area was perfect for drying out towels and swim suits right after getting out and being able to change in the half bath. The pool was a bit chilly for us, however I think it was due to the water being a bit high. We did let the maintenance team know about the water height and they were very prompt and professional to work with! The location of the cabin is also perfect to pigeon forge. We were able to go to the strip but come right back for nap time. We would definitely rent this cabin or another cabin through bear tracts in the future! Thank you so much for a great trip.

Reviewer Comments: i recommend this cabin our family had a wonderful time here and its location is perfect from all the attractions we will certainly stay here again the only improvement that i would suggest is that there be non slip tracks be put on the pool steps and a hand rail i feel on the steps as i step down in to the pool area while the steps was wet but everything else was wonderful thank you again
