Place is beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay, the host was very nice and helpful. The house was beautiful, just like the pictures. We enjoyed the big pool and the hot tub. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends.

We really enjoyed this cabin. It was extremly clean, well stocked,and the easiest check in process. Madison was awesome and always in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. There were clear directions where needed. Pool and hot tub was wonderful! Also enjoyed the pool table. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Cabin

Our stay in this cabin was a magical one. It was secluded and so peaceful. Early morning coffee and breakfast on the porch was breathtaking. We planned to eat breakfast at local places, but we found it hard to pull ourselves away from the glow of the sunlight. The kids loved the pool and fullsize bunkbeds! We slept in the bedroom downstairs and it was like sleeping on a cloud. Absolutely perfect place to call home for 6 days.

It was perfect.

My family of four came and we loved this cabin. Our 2 young children loved it. The property was very clean. The location was great. We absolutely loved the pool and the hot tub. Directions to use the pool were very easy to follow. Our kids loved the gaming system. The deck surrounding the cabin is covered, and big. We enjoyed meals and coffee out there every day with a great view of the mountains. We will definitely be back.

Great family vacation

We had a great time at this property. It is peaceful and beautiful. We had a family of 10 and it was a perfect fit for all of us. The swimming pool was awesome. It is an indoor pool which makes it good to swim all year long. The hot tub was nice and warm. There is a beautiful big back porch with a Mountain View. The porch is covered and it made for absolutely perfect weather. Our temperatures were in the 80-90s but the shaded porch made it feel very cool and relaxing. This cabin is only 6 miles from Pigeon Forge and 13 miles to Gatlinburg. Personally, I loved this location because the tourist areas were VERY busy. This cabin allowed us to relax in peace. 100% recommend this place.

A few issues, but enjoyable

Family enjoyed the cabin! Kids loved the pool, ppol table and arcade game. The adults l9ved the hot tub, porch and beautiful views, especially sunrise. Host did not send check info until we arrived. We tried to contact sveral times throughout the drive to the cabin and finally got a response upon arrival. There was no pitcher for tea, so we bought one and left it for others to enjoy. Cabin was clean and instructions for getting into pool house and operating pool cover were clear and precise. Family enjoyed a trip to The Track and eating at Sunliner Diner. Overall, a good time and lots of new memories with the fam. Also, we enjoyed the too kitties that hung around during our entire visit.

The stay was fun! The only reason this did not get a 10/10 is because our view of the mountains was obstructed by trees so that was a little bummer. The WiFi was not working for us but it was at no fault of the owners. The only thing we could not get to work was the tv in the bedroom downstairs. They tried to help us fix this but we could not figure it out. The top bunk does feel unsteady but my niece slept up there the entire time and nothing bad happened. There was a sweet cat that hung around the entire trip and if I thought I could have gotten her in my car she would have gone home with me 😃 she was one of the highlights of our trip. The cabin is in a great spot and it feels very secluded so that was nice. The owners were very easy to contact and always swift with replies. I definitely recommend staying here.

Disappointed but had fun anyway!

Place was in a great location, cabin was clean- a little out of date. After we arrived, it was mentioned the washer “might not be working”. Which it was not working and we packed lightly because we would be able to wash our clothes. The pool house has 10 ceiling lights but only 3 were actually working- the bulbs were out in the others. The pool had so much chlorine in it that everyone who swam got the itchy chlorine rash on the first day. So we had to limit the kids swimming to only 30 mins a day and give them Benadryl the other days. The pool house is an excellent addition to this property and a main reason we chose it. So we were just disappointed the pool house wasn’t taken care of better.

Good stay, but slightly disappointing

There were 7 of us at the cabin for the week, 4 adults and 3 children (ages 8,9, and 10). The cabin is in a great location to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge easily. It was quiet and secluded, which was nice. Unfortunately, we had quite a few issues throughout the week, but the hosts were receptive and attempted to help as much as possible. We didn’t have internet all week even though I was on the phone with their internet provider for a while. They still couldn’t get it fixed, so I hope they get that taken care of before the next guests. The living room remote for the Dish didn’t work. We had issues with the pool as soon as we got there and had the pool guy there most of our first evening. Perhaps it’s our fault we didn’t read the listing well enough, but the cabin is small. It says it sleeps 12, but I couldn’t imagine having any more than the 7 of us there. The bedroom 3/gameroom is actually a porch and my son slept a foot away from an outside door, which made me nervous and glad we didn’t have younger children. Don’t take a lot of food with you, because there is no pantry or anywhere to store it. We had bags of food sitting on the counter and in the living room all week, which really cluttered the small place. The host is reimbursing us some for our troubles and I have nothing bad to say about their help and responsiveness. We had a great vacation going to the national park and all the fun things the area has to offer, but probably won’t stay at this cabin again.

You don't get what you pay for...

We stayed 5 nights, and for the price we were definitely expecting more. We have stayed in cabins near Gatlinburg before, and this was on the expensive side for us but seemed like it would be worth it. The pool says heated, but was cool and the kids only swam once because of the water temperature. The kitchen lacked storage for food so everything sat out on the counter and was cluttered and the kitchen faucet had a constant drip. The upstairs bedroom has 7 outlets and only 1 worked which was furthest from the bed so the bedside lamps didn't work and we couldn't charge phones at night. The wifi didn't work for tablets, phones, etc so we had to use our personal hotspots all week. The washing machine's spin cycle didn't work, so it made washing clothes very difficult. Lastly, the bunkbed was very unsturdy so we didn't feel comfortable putting our kids on the top bunk which meant one child slept in the living room. He didn't seem to mind, but it made it hard for the adults to hang out. The cabin was clean and the location wasn't terrible. I would not stay here again as we don't feel the price was worth it at all. We reached out to the host about the outlets, and after 2 messages we finally received a response but that did not result in a fix. This cabin has a lot of potential, but is poorly maintained. Too many issues to give it any positive reviews at this point. Pretty disappointed since we had been planning this trip since March with close friends.

Excellent home to stay in with plenty of things to do close by. The home is gorgeous , everything you need for a weekend with friends or for a family stay for a week . A private pool with heated /air conditioned pool house adjacent to the main house , hot tub, and game room with video games , pool table , propane and charcoal grills ...this home has it all as well as ,plenty of parking (we had a car two full size SUV s and a full size four door truck in the parking area. Not to mention the hostess is too not h !! Highly recommend this property for a wonderful stay with awesome memories !!
