Great Cabin, Comfortable Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin. The beds were fairly comfortable, and we had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. The pool was great and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, a great experience – would definitely recommend!

Great view!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The views were amazing. My grandchildren loved the pool and the game room. Easy check in and check out. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I loved sitting out on the deck in the morning drinking coffee and enjoying at the beautiful view. We actually saw a black bear also. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was just like it looked the listing. Make sure you have some small plastic glasses for juice. Our only issue was the trash cans were full but they came out that day and emptied them. Loved watching the moon rise over the mountain. Kuds loved the pool. Perfect vacation.

Our family of 7 very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as expected and the check in/check out process was seamless. After reading other recent reviews I was concerned about the temperature of the pool being an issue as we planned to take advantage of this amenity. I was assured it would be heated to the proper temperature and the adults and children were all comfortable swimming every day. The beds and linens were very comfortable and high quality. Kitchen was adequate but could use some upgrading to the tools and utensils. We had a minor maintenance issue that was addressed promptly by the maintenance team with timely communication. The location (and views) of the property were excellent and very convenient for trips into Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park. Altogether, we were very satisfied and would definitely consider booking this property again in the future.

DON'T RENT THIS FOR THE HEATED POOL, but the rest of the house was great.

OWNERS WOULD NOT HEAT THE POOL ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY USE IT. They claimed it was within the acceptable guidelines, but a quick internet search showed that the guidelines vary by 10 degrees, and that is the difference between useable and too cold to swim in. Especially for children. Also, most of the bath towels were a bit too old to be in an expensive rental home. Otherwise, the house was nice, it was clean, the amenities were nice, and the games were fun for the kids. If you are NOT interested in the pool, this was a great house with a central location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The hot tub was VERY DIRTY, they said it was cleaned and even sent me a picture of it “being cleaned” but there was no way. It was filthy. Towels were small and not soft. The inside pool water was not heated, just the air inside the room, but there isn’t a way to control the heat....the house view was very nice, house was pretty clean. Sheets and towel aren’t very nice, almost like hotel towels/sheets. Just make sure you check the hot tub before you get in!

The cabin it’s just like the pictures, it was beautiful and would love to come back one day again. We got to even see bears and the drive up to the cabin was beautiful as well.... The game room for the kids was very enjoyable, they played none stop, the pool was clean and I even used the washing machines. The only thing I have to say was that the bed covers were really dirty, they had stains on them so I would love just like to see a bit more cleanliness next time. But other then that I do not have any other complaints... it was awesome!!!!

We had everything we needed for the week, communication before our travel was very good, the app was easy to use during our stay for all of our needs. Our kids really enjoyed the game room, there was enough variety to keep them occupied our entire stay. The pool and hot tub were also perfect for our stay. The location was convenient to RIpken Fields and all of our excursions (Dollywood, Anakeesta, white water rafting, dinners). Bed/bathrooms were cleaned and stocked as described. All appliances worked well, neighborhood was quiet. Only negatives: we did not see a bear and WiFi in entire area could be spotty at times.

I don't believe the pool was heated (very cold). The water coming from the showers/faucets had a distinct sulfur smell. Other than those two issues, the place was great.
