We had a great stay. Everyone was very pleased to have their own room and bathroom. There was more than enough room for everyone to sit comfortably and not be smothered by one another. The kitchen area was nice and we had a starter kit for the kitchen and each bathroom. The decks were nice but we would’ve appreciated more chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The view was amazing at night and early morning. The game room and theater room were big hits! Being able to wash linen during our stay was a plus as well. The only 3 issues we had during our five-night stay were receiving a keypad code instead of the lock key combination code as soon as we arrived but it was handled within 15 mins. We didn’t have a keypad to place a code in. One of our family members stayed on the lower level by the stairs and she kept getting bitten by something during her sleep at night. With a cabin holding 18 ppl we needed a spot to take trash to because the trash cans provided to hold trash weren’t enough especially when we cooked Christmas dinner there. Overall the stay was great!
