「My reservation was upgraded without a charge. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how convenient everything is. If you go downstairs by the elevator, basement level 1 has a food court with a lot of choices and No. 8 subway station entrance is right there as well. So literally you can go anywhere without having to leave the building. Although the building is right next to an open Mall, it is very quiet if you need a lot of rest.
