Was greeted by a lovely Lily at the door (their dog)!
Would recommend calling them just before you get there as it can be difficult to find a parking space on the road

I chose Mullions simply because of the limited options for overnight stays in the area.

Pet friendly which was great. The dog was able to stay in the room and go in the bar too which was nice. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The skirting boards hadn't been touched. The bathroom was clean but not a deep clean level as there was dust and grime around the toilet. The towels were plentiful and clean. “David is a saint! It was like staying with family if family isn't overbearing or meddlesome. And it's a super comfy bed.
The location is about 10-15 minute walk into town center or the entrance to the Chalice Well or footpath up the Tor.
I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“The entrance to the car park is not very noticeable as it is just off the junction and I had to reverse to check it was the right drive. A reasonable amount of parking though a little tight for bigger cars.
Entrance hallway lacked clear indications to rooms. Oddly, room 2 is on the top floor, and has low headroom in one archway without warning or padding!
Room was very clean but quite basic. The ensuite needed some maintenance to make the shower curtain slide across joint in the track. The……
