"Overall this was a superb stay. Great location for my trip, decent amenities. Was shocked, however, at the non existent internet. It was spotty at best, and mostly zero signal at all. There's no reason not to have solid and consistent internet in this day and age, so definitely should be addressed. Also the hotel promotes the morning breakfast and the in-room materials say "We'll bring a French Press to your room" - implying it was part of the included amenities. Was surprised at the charge for it at check out (especially since whoever prepared it clearly had never prepared a French Press before. The staff was superb - Jeiny, Erickah and Nia in particular. Ordered two meals from the Italian restaurant and both were delicious. Had them delivered to my room (lovely luxury) and want to especially recognize George on the staff there for his professionalism. "

"When I checked out, I told the front desk clerk that this felt like my home away from home. I have stayed at this Hyatt in Milford many times over the past several years and while the room and all amenities have been great, the thing that I appreciate equally is the congeniality and hospitality of the staff.
