"Everything was absolutely amazing. The service, the room, the breakfast, the spa. Fresh pyjamas every day, 2 pm check out, free amenities, quiet neighbourhood with good restaurants and close to subway. 5 stars all around."

"Location: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Cleanliness: 9/10 (its probably just need of updating in some area) Breakfast buffet: 10/10 (big hit on the kids) It's a great family hotel. We had 3 rooms and they were next to each other. However, if you book even for 3 people, it would still only be 1 bed. And the bed was set for 2 (2 pillows, 1 blanket). We did ask for extra pillow for the room that had 3 occupants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were fortunate enough to watch the firework festival from our floor. If shopping is high on your list, it's right above uniqlo, accross don quijote and the mall ROX that has Jins and 3coins is one block away. The Tsukebe line exit 1a is a block away but i find the tawaramachi station closer. But if you're coming from the airport, and taking the train, the kensie line and you can stop in Asakusa, it's no transfer and the walk is not that far!"

"This hotel is very well kept, and the location is very convenient. Just across the train station and right next to the shopping area with so many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Breakfast area is clean and organize, with lots of options for both japanese and western food. I highly recommend this hotel."

"This place could be absolutely perfect for you if you don’t need to be in west Tokyo often (Shabuya) It’s connected to a covered walkway tothe JR line that puts you in Tokyo central in 25 Minutes. It has free busses running back and forth all day long to Disneyland (10 minutes) It has “large” rooms with three comfortable beds. A rarity in Tokyo It has free beer and wine and lots of kids food ice cream etc… 2pm to 11pm daily."
