「Our group loved our stay here! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busier Tokyo Areas. The house is conveniently only 2 minutes away from a 7/11 and FamilyMart, and 8 minutes away from the train station. While being on the smaller side, the property is still well-kept, and cozy. The owner communicated well through emails, but some instructions were harder to decipher as an English speaker. Overall, a great stay!」

「First off, hats off for QiQi and staff for laying out easy to use instructions on the check-in process. I probably would have been lost if it weren’t for the video break downs. The three story house was very spacious, everything looked new and I believe the pictures on the website didn’t do the place justice. Everything was very clean and the A/C was easy to use thanks to the English translations located on wall. The house is next to 2 train stations (only 10 min walk to each) making traveling...

「좋았던 점 화장실, 샤워실이 1층, 2층에 각각 2개씩 위치해 있어, 여러명이 사용하기 편하였음. 내부에 세탁기가 있는데, 건조 기능까지 포함되어 있어 유용하였음. 1층에 에어컨 1대, 2층 침실에 에어컨이 2대 설치되어 있어 더운 여름에도 정말 시원하였음. 불편한 점 앞의 좁은 골목과 방음이 잘 되지 않음. 수건 리필과 청소 등의 서비스는 제공되지 않음. 주변 시설 닛포리역에서 도보로 20분. 우구이스다니역에서 도보로 10분 정도로 대중교통 타기에 정말 편한 위치였음. 바로 앞에 편의점과 라이프 슈퍼마켓이 있어 장보기에도 편리함. 기타 입실일 몇일 전에 메일을 통하여 체크인 링크가 전달 되었으며, 모든 절차가 무인으로 진행 되었음. 체크인을 완료하면 도어락 비밀번호를 알려줌. 방 안에서 문을 여는 버튼이 문 오른쪽 벽에 붙어있으니 주의 필요.」

「Overall it’s an okay place to lay your head at night if you don’t plan to be at the home for more than that. It looks like the photos but a bit dingier. There was a strong mildew smell upon entering and if you looked under the beds there was a thick layer of dust. Also the host did not send the address a week before arrival as promised and I had to ask the day before. And then an additional message about the home being near TRAIN TRACKS was sent last minute and that there were ear plugs...
