The hotel location was easy walking distance to Mall Rd (the hill is quite steep from the hotel so agility is……

“There is no fan in the property . We stayed for 3 nights even after requesting for a fan since after climbing the hill we used to pant and sweat in the sun the manager only provided us fan for a day rest of the days we had to survive.
The owner had put in efforts for a good stay but the manager is not cooperative.
No shampoo and lotion is provided in the hotel which is basic amenities”

“Please take into account I was a foreign tourist. The plus's are the service was good and the tea was excellent. The negatives are the building and grounds pictured in the listing are no longer in use. They are being replaced with a completely new hotel which is under construction. There are no 23 teas offered and the menu is limited and no longer intercontinental. What rooms and facilities are left are in serious need of updating.
