“The villa was so tranquil and clean. It was the best start to my trip. The hotel has limited rooms so it creates an intimacy and level of privacy I haven’t experienced elsewhere. “Our stay at Barong was beautiful, from the grounds and gardens to the exquisite room and view. This is the real Bali. Beautiful and tranquil countryside setting among rice fields.
Agung was a wonderful host who made our stay so much more special. He was very knowledgeable about the local area and very enthusiastic and fun to interact with each day.
Made and all the staff here at Barong were a delight.
The traditional blessing on entry was a great taste of culture and start to the stay.

“Solo traveller, and had a perfect stay here. Quiet and outside of the main Sidemen area, so very quiet and relaxing. Pool and resturant was as expected, and rooms were comfortable. A BIG highlight was the staff, especially the concierge Adit who always made me feel comfortable and was sure to check in with me to make sure i was enjoying myself (not sure if many solo travellers come here).
