“Great location to explore town. Staff were most welcoming. Cosy, clean, double room (some road noise/light from window). Fantastic cooked breakfast with proper barista coffee. Would stay again.”

“I stayed for one night while visiting my daughter at Chichester University and had hoped to find a hotel I could use regularly, but I will not be returning.
The website says parking is available, but the hotel car park was difficult to find, extremely small and full. “I love this hotel but there is no elevator so getting luggage up and down the steps can present a problem. Also there is no air conditioning so when we visited last summer during the heat wave, it was uncomfortable.
However, the staff helped us a lot. As we visit from the US we tend to have more luggage for our travels than most visitors from the UK.”

“The room needs a lot of maintenance. The door is swollen and almost impossible to open, close and lock. The one window needs to be replaced. The lamp light had to be replaced, as well as the TV. The amenities in the bathroom were extremely sparse. There were no facial tissues. The patio was full of weeds. Breakfast was the best meal. All the staff were very nice and provided excellent service”
