San Francisco Sign Hill Park Hotels

"Staff at breakfast was friendly but front desk did not know where laundry room in the hotel was, they said it was in one of the floors when we called and we had to stop by all of them to find it. Room smelled weird and there was barely no water coming out of the bathroom sink. AC did not work the whole night, it kept turning off and was extremely noisy. Website said parking was complimentary and we had to pay more than $20 per night to park at the hotel parking spot (there was nothing else around us, no stores and no commerce so the parking was for guest only)"

"Worst hotel ever Pool under renovation Fitness center under renovation NO BUFFET BREAKFAST BECAUSE THE CITY SHUT DOWN THEIR GAS LINE AS THEY HAD KITCHEN BLOW OUT LAST YEAR I don’t know how still operating Cook and server still come but no job for them MANAGER IS TERRIBLE she gets mad at you because you are asking for compensation since there is no breakfast Terrible body language and then she leaves without saying bye Am not sure who hired her or what management skills she had to be a manager (obviously she can’t even be just front desk even ) she is getting mad at me because they don’t have breakfast lol Overall do yourself a favor and stay away if you don’t want to mess up your vacation "
